SOCIAL EVLCE IN OUR NELGHBOURHOOD

The structure of our society is patriarchal. Discrimination are practiced between son and daughter in different ways. In many place, gender discrimination is practiced. Many rural parents do not send their daughters to school. They think the daughters to school. They think the daughters are sent in other house. In many workplaces, female workers are provided less salary than male workers. It is an unjust practice.
Religion is the matter of an Individual’s free choice. The practice of discriminating people in terms of caste religion, cloture, region and language is wrong. Untouchobility is a social evil deeply-rooted in our society for centuries. We need to uproot such practice. Nobody is superior or inferior by caste. Great poet Laxmi Parsed Devkota has said, “Maanish tholo dilale huncha, jaatale hundain.”
Playing card and gambling cause quarrel and economic weakness. Many youths are found victim of thase evils. During festive celebration, people play cards, gamble and take alconolic drinks. We need to develop the habit of celebration festivals in simpler and economic ways.
